Book an Appointment
Welcome to Our Booking Site!
When You Arrive Please come inside and head upstairs. You’ll find a cozy waiting area around the corner and at the end of the hallway.
Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice—for any reason—you will be charged the full cost of your appointment. This is because a missed or late cancellation leaves an unfillable gap in your therapist’s schedule. If the spot gets filled, we’ll waive the fee.
If you booked your appointment within 24 hours, it’s considered confirmed, and the policy still applies if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you arrive late, you’ll receive the remaining time in your session, but will still be billed for the full original appointment. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, your therapist will text or call. If we haven’t heard from you after 15 minutes and it’s their last appointment of the day, they may leave.
Emergencies will be handled personally, but schedule conflicts are not considered emergencies.
Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our therapists.

Clients are responsible for all treatment and cancellation fees.
